This half day distributed generation workshop will be presented as an add-on option to attendees of the Kansas Energy Conference taking place on September 26th and 27th. It will be hosted by the Clean Energy Business Council in partnership with the Kansas Department of Commerce and the Distributed Wind Energy Association.
The workshop will serve as a kickoff to the Clean Energy Business Council’s “Around the State” initiative, which will announce and host four additional community workshops funded by the Turner Foundation with the goal of increasing exposure about the market opportunities, benefits, and current trends of distributed generation in Kansas.
Rural cooperatives and utilities, farmers and agricultural producers, state and local policy makers, cleantech industry members, major developers, corporate purchasers, and all other interested parties are invited to participate. Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available. To learn more, please contact Olga Khakova at (479) 899-7900 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional details for the conference and workshop will soon be available here.
