Adam Klinger is currently serving as the program manager for the RE-Powering America’s Land Initiative within US EPA’s Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response. The Initiative seeks to promote renewable energy development on contaminated lands, landfills and mine sites provided such development is aligned with the community’s vision for the site. Adam has been with the Agency for over 20 years involved in a variety of issue areas associated with the Agency’s air and land management programs. Adam received his Bachelors degree from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
