Seminole Financial Services’ (“SFS”) provides construction / interim financing; permanent debt (mini perm) financing; and tax credit equity for renewable energy transactions starting at $2 million. Seminole is a national leader in providing financing for renewable energy facilities up to utility scale size (from $2 million in loan amount and up). To date, we have closed over $2.2 billion in construction / permanent debt financing and tax credit equity for wind and solar transactions (1+ GW). Our focus is on wind and solar transactions starting at $2 million in need of construction / interim financing; permanent debt (mini perm) financing; and tax credit equity.
