Permission to solicit

Individual members and member businesses not treated as corporations under the law can be solicited for the DWEA PAC in their own right and do not require prior approval.

By completing the following form you submit that:

• You understand that before the DWEA PAC can ask the stockholders and management personnel of your incorporated company to contribute, an authorized representative of your company must provide written approval for each calendar year.
• You also understand that your company can only authorize one trade association federal PAC to solicit contributions in any particular year.
• Finally, you understand that your company can decide to allow the DWEA PAC to solicit certain stock holders or management personnel of your company along with their family members living in residence and you agree to help DWEA PAC keep an accurate list of who is authorized for solicitation.
